K & B Bierlein Builders, Inc. was established in 1994 by Klair and Beth Bierlein with the goal to set their company apart in a market filled with much competition. We are dedicated to meeting your custom construction and remodeling needs. We are a hands-on builder with Klair Bierlein, proprietor and president, working right along with our employees to ensure quality craftsmanship every step of the way. We set ourselves apart by paying attention to the details!.
Whether you are looking to build a new home, add to or remodel an existing home, or need window or door replacement we can help you. Kitchen remodels, bath remodels, custom woodworking found in flooring, trim work, stair rails and cabinetry is our specialty. However, if it is roofing, a new deck, sun room, porch, garage, or outbuilding you're after, we can do that, too! We have extensive experience in all areas of construction. There is no job too big or too small.
We have prime 1.5-acre country lots available, located just south of town within the Frankenmuth School District and within easy access to downtown shopping, parks, churches and schools these building lots are located on Townline Road between Dehmel Road and Gera Road. Refer to the map at right.

A Little History
Proprietor Klair Bierlein's interest in woodworking and construction actually started when he was a young boy. He grew up across the road from a lumber yard and mill where he designed and made many 4-H projects, including the hope chest for his wife of 26 years. This priceless heirloom still takes center stage in the couple's living room.
While in high school, he took woodworking classes and in his junior and senior years, attended the area skill center where he took courses in residential construction and actually built a home alongside his instructors and peers. This confirmed Klair's life-calling and he headed to college. Delta College was the college he chose to attend because of their outstanding program in residential construction. While attending Delta, he worked for an area builder and continued to work for him for another 10 years before heading out on his own.
He has been in business since 1994 serving Frankenmuth and the surrounding communities and is a member of the Frankenmuth Chamber of Commerce.
